Here at Living Novus, we build low maintenance homes at absolutely no cost to you, the homeowner. How do we do that you ask? Excellent question! How does one transform a duckling into a swan?  I think it's best to answer this question with a story.

Once upon a time there was a homeowner living in an old house on a large lot. Suddenly, there was a knock at the door.

"Living Novus here! Would you like us to build you a brand new, bigger house at absolutely no cost to you? We'lI take care of everything! We'll move you out when we build your new home, then move you back in when it's complete! And guess what; we'll even pay for your housing while we're building! Did we mention this will cost you nothing?"

And so the life of the homeowner changed miraculously!  Within months they were living in a brand new house, larger than their last, in the exact same location.
